So, here’s what happened between Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles

Even though Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles broke up, they are still friends.

“They don’t have bad feelings toward each other. A source tells Page Six that neither Harry nor Olivia broke up with each other.

“This is Harry’s longest relationship ever, so it’s clear they have a special connection.”

An insider says that Wilde, 38, and Styles, 28, put their almost two-year relationship on hold because it was hard to date from far away.

“They have a break. “He’s going to be on every continent next year, and Olivia has her job and her kids, so they can’t be together,” says the source.

“This is what is best for them both.”

Another source says that Styles and Wilde are going their separate ways. He is going on a tour of South America, and she is going to London to work on a documentary.

While Wilde was at Styles’ concert in Los Angeles on Tuesday, they planned to be apart for a while.

When asked why Wilde brought her kids, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6, whom she has with her ex-boyfriend Jason Sudeikis, to the show, the first insider says, “They’re friends, you’ll still see them together.”

“Harry’s tour has made things hard for them as a couple, and Olivia needs to spend time with her kids in London, where they are with Jason,” says a second source.

Reps for Wilde and Styles didn’t respond immediately when Page Six asked them for their thoughts.

The breakup happened after the two had to deal with a lot of trouble before the release of their movie, “Don’t Worry, Darling,” because of a supposed feud with co-star Florence Pugh.

Wilde, on the other hand, was in the middle of a very nasty custody battle with Sudeikis, 47, after they had broken up. Most of her fans thought she dumped Ted Lasso for Styles, but she said that wasn’t true.

In her October 2022 cover story for Vanity Fair, the director of “Booksmart” said, “The completely false idea that I left Jason for Harry is completely wrong.”

“We had broken up a long time before I met Harry,” she said. “Like the end of any relationship, it doesn’t happen all at once.”
