All prestige titles in the second season of Overwatch 2

The battle pass is one of the most important differences between Overwatch and Overwatch 2. This new system takes the place of the old loot boxes as the main way to get cosmetic items like new heroes and highly sought-after skins. In place of player level XP, battle pass XP has been added. This means that the more people play, the more they’ll unlock on the battle pass.

All Prestige titles in Overwatch 2 and how to earn them

Even though the battle pass only shows 80 tiers at first, players who are willing to work hard can reach several more tiers after 80. There are eight of these extended tiers, and each one gives a special title that can be worn on a name card. These titles are called “Prestige titles.” When other players see these titles, they’ll know that you’re serious about Overwatch 2 and its challenges. Each season, the prestige titles that can be earned change, so players are always in for a surprise when they finish a season’s battle pass.

Here is a list of all the Prestige titles in Season 2 of Overwatch 2 and how to get them.

Prestige title details

You can only see and get prestige titles after you’ve completed all 80 tiers of the battle pass. When you finish the pass, you’ll have access to another eight tiers, and when you finish each one, you’ll get a single title. But don’t think that getting these tiers will be as easy as getting the rest of the battle pass: For the first 80 tiers, you only need 10,000 XP to unlock a new tier. However, Prestige title tiers require a lot more XP because they are made up of more than one tier. To get each of these titles, you’ll need anywhere from 50,000 to 250,000 XP, so be ready to grind.

Here are all eight Prestige titles from Season 2:

  • Mortal
  • Philosopher
  • Argonaut
  • Gorgon
  • Daimon
  • Demigod
  • Olympian
  • Titan

Each Prestige title must be unlocked in order. For example, you can’t unlock Mortal and then go straight to Gorgon. In You can now add a title on your name card in Overwatch 2. This is a new customizable feature that makes your player name and portrait look more interesting. All of the titles fit with the battle pass and shop theme for that season.
